T&P Cell Guidelines & Rules
The placement activities are subject to the following institutional policy guidelines:
- **"One Student One Job" Rule**: A student placed in any core package cannot sit for subsequent drives unless the salary package offered is at least 50% higher.
- **Attendance Requirement**: Students must attend at least 85% of soft skills, resume building, and aptitude training lectures organized by T&P.
- **Grooming Code**: Professional attire (college uniform + formal shoes) is strictly mandatory during all mock and live interviews.
- **Disciplinary Compliance**: Any student displaying misconduct during external company visits will be disqualified from placements.
